Cancellation Policy

There is a deposit on all services and will need to be paid prior to approval of request. .Deposits are non refundable, and will serve as a cancellation/no show fee. If transferring a deposit to another service, the new ticket must be of equal or greater value to the original ticket selected. Otherwise, it will not be transferable. Transfer of deposit does not apply to training courses.
